Lose Up To 20 Pounds With This 5-Day Watermelon Diet!


Watermelon is the perfect fruit, especially in the summer because it is very refreshing; it contains lots of water and little calories. In fact, it contains only 20 calories per 100 grams. It is also rich in minerals and vitamins A, C and B6.

It is the perfect fruit for summer because it also helps the removal of the excess water from the body. In this time of the year we are concerned about our weight the most because everybody can see our body and our previous disobedience when it comes to food. That’s why if you want to lose some weight before summer, and before you have to wear your swimsuit, start this watermelon diet as addition to the regular running, walking, or any other type of physical activity.

For breakfast you consume the same thing every morning: A piece of watermelon, 50 grams of toast and a cup of cooled tea.
You also need to consume 12 cups of water, freshly squeezed juice or tea every day.

Day 1:

Lunch: 100 grams of prepared beef, 100 grams of prepared rice with tomato sauce and a piece of watermelon.
Dinner: 50 grams of cheese, 1 toast and watermelon as much as you like.

Day 2:

Lunch: Piece of toast, 50 grams of cooked chicken fingers, 1 slice of watermelon.
Dinner: 100 grams of prepared fish, 1 toast and 1 slice of watermelon.

Day 3:

Lunch: 30 grams of spaghetti with tomato and cheese and watermelon as much as you like.
Dinner: Tomatoes, cucumber, peppers, onions and lettuce salad and 1 slice of watermelon.

Day 4:

Lunch: Veggie soup, 1 toast, 50 grams of cooked chicken and 1 piece of watermelon.
Dinner: 2 potatoes with parmesan, watermelon as much as you like.

Day 5:

Lunch: 50 grams of prepared beef with mushrooms, and watermelon as much as you like.
Dinner: 50 grams of fresh cheese, 2 toasts and watermelon as much as you like.
