It is the age and bad food are the first thing that makes us to the bill, so on either side, we have it difficult.

Especially with age, because over time our skin is weaker and begins to present the famous wrinkles and marks, but not all are bad news.

Today we bring you a fantastic mask based on clay, honey, and garlic that will leave your skin as new and shiny, all from the comfort of your home.

Clay is one of the best natural ingredients to take care of our complexion, especially if you have oily skin, and it is a great ally to deeply cleanse the face, remove impurities, prevent the formation of grains and do away with blackheads.

Apply a clay mask once a week, if you have a lot of acne; If your skin has white granites, you can add two or three drops of tea tree essential oil, due to its bactericidal effect.

If your skin is greasy, the masks prepared with green clay and seaweed extract, provide vitamins and minerals, in addition to leaving the skin smooth and nourished.

-1 tablespoon honey
2 tablespoons of powdered clay
2 cloves garlic

The method of Preparation:

First, you have to peel the garlic and chop it as thin as possible Then we will heat the honey so that it becomes a little lighter, there, we add the garlic. To finish, we will add the clay and mix very well.

If your mixture became too thick, we recommend adding a tablespoon of almond oil, olive oil or coconut.

Clean your skin well of impurities, you can use some makeup remover and wash your face well with neutral soap. When your face is clean, we will apply our mask uniformly all over the face, trying to avoid touching the mouth and eyes.

Let’s let this act for about 30 minutes or until it dries completely. Remove with plenty of water once this occurs.
