Many women suffer from fungal infections and they can cure them at home

Yeast thrives naturally in women’s vagina, but in number that does not affect health. Yeast overgrowth causes vaginal infections, and let’s admit, these can be pretty nasty.

Although vaginal infections are not serious, they can bug you a bid deal. Luckily, treating these is super simple.

Causes of vaginal yeast infections

Candida albicans is the major cause of most yeast infections. Even if you are healthy, your vagina will still have a low number of bacteria and yeast cells. Lactobacillus acidophilus is the most common bacteria that controls the growth of yeast.

Yeast overgrowth is manifested through several symptoms, and it occurs as a result of imbalances in the body. Antibiotics can also make the condition worse, and the same applies to extremely high estrogen levels in pregnant women and hormone therapies.

Teas
Rosemary tea is extremely effective against itching and burning and they are often the result of fungal infections. You can also use this tea as a tool for daily intimate care. If you suffer from yeast infection, take one to four cups of this tea a day. If you have fungal infections, you can also drink unsweetened blueberry juice several times a day. Drink pills with cranberry extract or eat dried blueberries, and the results will be visible very quickly.

Oils
Oils possess strong anti-fungal properties. Just soak a tampon in several drops of tea tree oil and put it into your vagina. Leave it for two to three hours to work. Repeat the whole process twice a day. Oregano oil has a similar effect. It can be applied superficially or diluted in olive oil. You can also consume it orally in the form of two capsules a day. The problem with yeast infections can be resolved in only several weeks with the help of this treatment.

Garlic
If you have fungal infections, eat garlic more often! One option is to make a paste of chopped garlic and apply it to the infected area. You can also consume a mix of oil, garlic, vitamin E capsules and coconut oil.

Vinegar
Buy pure organic vinegar. The best one to be used is apple cider vinegar. Pour one cup of the vinegar in a tub with warm water. Soak in the bath for 20 minutes, and then gently wipe yourself with a towel.

Marigold
This herb also possesses anti-fungal and anti-inflammatory properties. Mash several leaves of marigold, but make sure that the plant is clean and not treated with chemicals. Apply it to the infected area. This treatment should be avoided during pregnancy!
