3. After breathe a little, you should not relax the stomach, breathing the need to keep another 10 to 15 seconds and again you must sink the stomach.

4. Exhale again, make your stomach relaxed and start breathing freely. After you do this, sink your stomach as much as you can again. Get your abs muscles stretched, and then push your stomach upwards, without breathing.

If you do this exercise regularly, your waist size will be reduced and your stomach will be flatter. Make sure you keep doing it for 3-4 weeks.
