Great! Do These Two Practice – After 30 Seconds I Say Goodbye To The Foot Pain!


On the heels feel pain when getting up from a chair or bed, or when you start to walk? In this case, unfortunately, is already an inflammation of ligaments at the base rate. Fortunately, today we bring you some great exercises to overcome it.


Exercise 1

Exercise 2
